1. Conductor
Electrolytic Annealed Copper, class 2 according to EN 60228 e IEC 60228. Optionally, with longitudinal seal (-2OL type cable).
2. Driver screen
Driver screen, Made of thermosetting semiconductor material.
3. Isolation
Cross-linked polyethylene type XLPE according to IEC 60502-2 and type DIX3 according to HD 620-1, color natural. Catenary cross-linking with a nitrogen atmosphere using a triple-layer extrusion process.
4. Insulation screen
Screen on insulation, Made of thermosetting and peelable semiconductor material.
5. Metal screen
Screen of copper wires and copper tape, minimum section of 16mm2.
6. Longitudinal tightness
Hygroscopic tape that completely covers the screen (–OL and -2OL type cable).
7. Stuffed
Additional layer of flame retardant polyolefin, halogen free.
8. Exterior coating
Polyolefin outer coating type ST7 according to IEC 60502-2 and type DMZ2 according to HD 620-1. Red color with two gray stripes. Other colors on request.
